Very simple licensing rules.
The Content license is sold for the use
in a members area and BLOG, Twitter or Twitpics posting site only.
One license covers one member site URL and one BLOG, TWITTER or
TWITPICS site URL.
You will be requested to register the domain URL and name of the
domain holder for record keeping purposes.
Multi site license/URLs discounts are available please ask for
costs.We are flexible on how you wish to set up the pictorials on
your site to get the most effect for your investment, for example re-sizing the images, editing the story or changing keyword density,
use of images and paragraphs for free tour pages. However any alterations
are agreed on an individual basis in writing and will be attached to
your license details.
Important: Claiming "Exclusive Copyright" or selling the
content onto others either webmasters or on members CD/DVD and
distributing free hosted galleries for affiliate marketing is not
allowed. If you're not sure then contact us to discuss what your
requirements are before making a purchase. If you contravene your
licensing agreement then the use of the content will be cancelled
and you will be required to remove it from your domains or domains
you have uploaded it to. There will be no refunds issued in cases of
cancelled license agreements.
